Outcome 3
Analyze and interpret patient, nursing, or information systems data to improve nursing services and to inform health policy and advocacy efforts.
Emerging Competence
I aligned strategic planning for my capstone project with the organization’s mission, scope, vision, goals, and objectives. Internal and external data was accomplished and analyzed during the needs assessment, which helped identify the workflow gap.

For professional growth, as I continue to lead the project after the hand-off, I will continue to connect with IT to explore possibilities of other data to simplify incentive programs and for more straightforward outcome analysis.
